Growing up in the wilds of North Devon, Mike completed his degree in Music at the University of Surrey, and went on to study drums with the legendary Bob Armstrong. Mike currently divides his time between live and studio drumming (and quirky percussion work), writing library music and music for TV commercials, and producing other artists.

I started playing Sonor Drums in 2003 (a Sonor Delite vintage maple kit) and haven’t looked back. The Delite seemed so much livelier and warmer than anything I’d played previously, and is still going strong having been worked hard for the past seven years. I became an endorser in 2010, and am currently waiting for my new SQ2 kit to be delivered……
